Four-Year Warranty

Collier 2Way, Inc. makes the following limited warranties.
These limited warranties extend only to the original purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee.

Limited warranty on Transceivers purchased from Collier 2Way, Inc.:

Collier 2Way, Inc. warrants all new transceivers to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 4 years from the original date of purchase (under normal use and conditions).  During this time Collier 2Way, Inc. will repair or replace any defective part with a new or reconditioned part at Collier 2Way’s option without charge to you.  The unit must be returned to Collier 2Way, Inc. with transportation charges prepaid by you.  The repaired or replaced unit will be returned to you with shipping charges prepaid by Collier 2Way, Inc.

THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Defects or damage due to physical misuse, accident or neglect, water damage, improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification or adjustment without authorization.
2. Defects or damage resulting from use of this product in other than its normal or customary manner.
3. Breakage or damage to antennas unless caused directly by defects associated with poor material or workmanship.
4. Products disassembled or repaired in such a manner to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and or testing to verify any warranty claim.
5. Products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible.
6. This warranty does not cover batteries.
7. Auxiliary equipment or accessories that are attached to or used with the transceiver are excluded from this warranty

IMPLIED WARRANTY

This 4-year warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations or liabilities.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other rights that will vary from state to state.

This warranty is a Collier 2Way, Inc. supported extension to the manufacturer’s warranty.  For more details consult the manufacturer’s warranty.
